Chris was born in Manila, Philippines and came to Vancouver in 1982.  His family has been highly involved in the construction business of residential homes on the Vancouver Westside for over 15 years.

In 2007, Chris joined the family business and pursued his dream of starting his own successful career in real estate. His ability to quickly assess his clients, their needs and communicate effectively with people has contributed to his success. In 2010, Chris completed his Mortgage and Property Management Licenses allowing him to fully service his clients. Chris is a Medallion Award Winner.
