We have recently purchased a home through Leilani. We are very happy with her services.

My husband and I had looked for a house in Vancouver West for, literally, years.  We had done numerous online searches, and attended countless open house. We even put an offer on quite a few houses through another agent, only to find that we were out-bided. In order to live the lifestyle that we wanted, we resorted to moving back with the parents, and subsequently paying a high rent. As the prices of homes escalated, it was increasingly hard for us to find a house suitable for us given our financial constraint.

Leilani interviewed us thoroughly to identify our criteria. She set up an online service for us, so that all new listings would be forwarded to our e-mails immediately. In a seller’s market as such this, it is pertinent that we get first-hand information. We managed to set up a viewing of the home we ended up purchasing even before its first open house to the public. Leilani provided us with great strategies in structuring our offer to make it more appealing to the sellers. Within a week of retaining Leilani, we got an accepted offer. It was surreal. We found out later that we beat 5 other competing offers, some of which with higher purchase prices than our offer. Leilani followed up closely with us and the sellers’ agent to make sure issues identified by the home inspector were dealt with expediently and to our satisfaction. Throughout the process, Leilani has been pleasant, professional and quick to respond to our requests. These, to us, are important attributes of a realtor.
